The backbone of any company is the management team. At Freeport Technologies, our management team collectively brings decades of commercial audio visual, IT, software, millwork and construction experience to a project, allowing us to play in almost any market. Our proven project management process insures smooth transition from conceptual design to final acceptance.

The sales management process begins with a strong offensive drive to capture all the clients’ needs before a data transfer to our engineering division, whose main objective is to meet or exceed these requirements.

During contract signoff, the process includes an introduction between the client and one of our seasoned project managers, who will drive the team and project to a successful completion. Our project manager’s (quarterbacks) were hand picked to provide accurate and consistent weekly project reporting, scheduling and system delivery. Proper execution, real time tracking and open communications insure project success from start to finish.
