TRAINING
Freeport Technologies provides customized instructor led training for all of the products and services that we deliver.

All training sessions, documentation, and user guides are personalized; designed to meet the needs of each individual customer.

End users are given the opportunity to participate in hands-on training sessions located at the customer’s site. Sessions are limited in size in order to provide an interactive and productive learning environment.

Sessions include an overview of our business and philosophy, in depth knowledge of how to operate and maintain the product or service being discussed, basic troubleshooting, and an introduction to our Help Desk support team.

All Freeport instructors are CTS certified engineers with over five years of industry knowledge and experience. The instructors are current Freeport employees who dedicate a portion of their duties and responsibilities to maintaining existing customer’s products, and ensuring they are functional at all times.
